Payment terms are specified in individual SOWs. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue accounts.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, technical, or business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for 3 years.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeFrogeApps Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total project value) is required before work begins. This deposit covers the cost of initial discovery, project planning, resource allocation, and preliminary design or development work. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable nature.
